The White House
State Dinner/Mexico

The White House State dinner was May 19, 2010. The CrewWORKS was hired by Tony Melchior Productions of New York City, well known show coordinator. In turn, they were coordinated with David Monn's prestigious event planning company, also of New York.

The CrewWORKS provided crew for sound, lighting, video and set work for the tent where Beyonce and Gabrielle y Rodrigo performed. The production, which lasted 10 days from first call to last, required some large crew calls while adhering to strict security protocols.
